TransUnion Contributes 3929 Lakh CSR Donation to Nalam TN for Healthcare Infrastructure

TransUnion has extended a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Donation of ₹39,29,819 to Tamil Nadu Health Foundation, presented today to Dr. S. Uma, IAS, Project Director, TNHSP, in support of healthcare infrastructure enhancement at Government Medical College & Hospital, Omandurar Government Estate, Chennai, and the Nalam Tamil Nadu Initiative.

The contribution is directed towards three key initiatives:

₹20,00,000 — Procurement of an Advanced Colour Doppler Ultrasound System, including standard accessories and probes, for the Department of Radio-Diagnosis at the hospital

₹16,50,000 — Establishment of a Centre of Excellence for AI in Healthcare (CoE-AI), to strengthen patient care and public health services through responsible AI, digital health, and medical research

₹2,79,819 — Support for Nalam Tamil Nadu Initiatives

This contribution is expected to enhance diagnostic capabilities, advance digital healthcare innovation, and support public health outreach benefiting patients and communities across Tamil Nadu.
