Amendment issued for the ( Package no. ASIEC I)- Bid document for “Printing and display of posters, stickers flipbooks and pamphlets on programmes of TNHSP”.
Amendments:
1. Amendment no. 1: Last date for sale of bid document is amended from 30.07.12 to 06.08.12.
2. Amendment no. 2: Date of Pre- bid meeting is amended from 16.07.12 to 20.07.12 11 Hrs.
3. Amendment no. 3: Last date for submission of bid document amended from 31.07.12 to 07.08.12, 11 Hrs .
4. Amendment no. 4: Date of opening of bid document amended from 31.07.12 to 07.08.12, 12 Hrs.
5. Amendment no. 5: Page 36 – Bid security amount Rs. 1,70,000/- (Rupees One lakh seventy thousand only) are amended as – Rs. 1,98,000/- (Rupees One lakh ninety eight thousand only).
6. Amendment no. 6: Page 42 – Sales turn over (Rs.8.5 million) is amended as(Rs. 9.9million).
7. Amendment no. 7: Page 49 – Price schedule – Quantity of posters- 1,84,288 posters and 1,54,060 stickers is amended as 2,15,836 Posters and 1,94,284 Stickers respectively .
8. Amendment no. 8: Page 58 – Goods delivery schedule - Quantity of posters – 1,84,288 posters and 1,54,060 stickers is amended as 2,15,836 Posters and 1,94,284 Stickers respectively .
9. Amendment no.9 : Goods and delivery schedule
a) 12 types of posters and 5 types of stickers in the original bid document are now amended to 14 types of posters and 7 types of stickers respectively in the revised bid document.
Accordingly Annexure I (page 78), Annexure II (page82), Annexure III (page84) and the quantity of items to places of delivery (page 89) are amended in the revised (amended) bid document.
