World Bank supported Tamil Nadu Health Systems Project (TNHSP) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for Hiring the services of a Media Consultant Agency to design , develop and deploy cultural programmes,street plays and Innovations for Awareness creation on the Tamil Nadu Health Systems Project programmes on Screening and Treatment of Cervical and Breast Cancer, Prevention and treatment of CVD and Diabetes mellitus, CEmONC Services and Tribal Health activities. (Package No: CS25/IEC5)
The Consultant will be selected by “Quality and Cost Based Selection” in accordance with the procedures set out in the “World Bank Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (May 2004 Revised 1st October 2006 Edition).
Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services ( Brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, financial status of the firm, etc.,) Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
The firm may submit the Expression of Interest for the package separately in a sealed and clearly marked cover titled as “Expression of Interest ( EOI ) Hiring the services of a Media Consultant Agency to design , develop and deploy cultural programmes,street plays and Innovations for Awareness creation on the Tamil Nadu Health Systems Project programmes on Screening and Treatment of Cervical and Breast Cancer, Prevention and treatment of CVD and Diabetes mellitus, CEmONC Services and Tribal Health activities (Package No: CS25/IEC5) on or before 14.03.2011 (3.00 PM) to the address given below.
Expression of Interest sent in sealed envelopes alone will be considered.
